The Greenwich Road Runners will host their annual Fall Classic 5K and 1-Mile Run on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Greenwich Point Park in Old Greenwich.
This popular community race welcomes runners and walkers of all ages and abilities to experience one of Greenwich’s most scenic locations while promoting health, fitness, and community spirit.
The 1-Mile Fun Run begins at 8:00 am, followed by the 5K race at 8:30 am. Starting area / race day registration will be set up next to the main (second) concession stand near the flag pole.
Participants 18 and under receive a complimentary long-sleeve race shirt, and shirts are available for purchase for adults. Awards will be presented to the top finishers overall and by age group.

The group organizes group runs, track workouts, destination runs, social events, and races.
All levels are welcome, from beginners to Olympians.
Non-Resident race participants will be permitted free access to the park. Just let the attend know you are participating in the race.
