Granoff Architects recently celebrated their 35th anniversary with a party for 150 people at their 330 Railroad Avenue headquarters.
Founded in Greenwich in 1989 by Rich Granoff, the firm has grown into a regional company with a team of 30 design professionals.
Throughout these years, the firm has completed hundreds of residential projects in Greenwich and the surrounding towns that include custom homes, whole-house additions/renovations and interiors, Historic restorations and speculative houses for local developers.
Granoff Architects has also completed local projects including the Historic Restoration Hardware Building on Greenwich Ave (site of the former Post Office), The Mill Apartments in Glenville, The Chase Bank Building at 111 West Putnam Ave and The Modern condominium development adjacent to Town Hall.
Granoff Architects have also completed many pro bono projects for local non-profits, including the Neighborhood to Neighborhood building, Pathways headquarters, Red Cross building and facilities for the ONS Foundation. It is currently designing the New Chabad Center on Field Point Road.
Rich Granoff has built an excellent team known for their design excellence including the most recent member of the firm, his son Jake Granoff.
