On Nov 18 Greenwich Police spotted an occupied vehicle parked on Halsey Drive in Old Greenwich around 1:40am.
Police say that due to the numerous vehicle thefts occurring in Greenwich, a DMV query was conducted, revealing that the registered owner of the car had an active arrest warrant for failure to appear in court for motor vehicle charges.
Sarah Brooke Wood, 37, of Halsey Drive in Old Greenwich was charged with Failure to Appear 2.
Wood was also charged with Failure to Appear back in May 2018 for charges stemming from an incident on July 27, 2017 on Silver Beech Rd.
Her bond was set at $2,500 which she was able to post.
She was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 2, 2019.
