On Monday around 8:00am, Greenwich Police were detailed to the Old Greenwich Train Station to check on the welfare of a woman reported to have been acting erratically and yelling at passengers on the platform.
The woman was identified through her CT driver’s license as Deloris Hall-Lopez, 49, of Stamford.
During the investigation it was revealed that Ms Hall-Lopez had an outstanding warrant for Failure to Respond to an Infraction issued by Stamford Police.
She was charged with Failure to Respond to Infraction. He bond was set at $150, which she was unable to post. She was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 2, 2019.
