Greenwich Police obtained an arrest warrant for Anthony Carrera, 24, of King Street in Port Chester, NY, after an investigation developed probably cause that he had an altercation on the west side of Town back on March 29.
On May 1 Police arrested Mr. Carrera in Stamford Superior Court where he was appearing on unrelated charges.
He was charged with Unlawful Restraint 1, Interfering with an Emergency Call, Assault 3 and Strangulation 2.
His bond was set at $75,000, which he posted and was released.
He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on May 2, 2019.
