On Halloween eve, Greenwich Police responded to a report of an erratic driver in the area of Orchard St and Valleywood Rd in Cos Cob around 4:30pm.
Police caught up with the erratic driver on Indian Field Road and initiated a motor vehicle stop.
Investigation determined that the driver, Kevin W Dillon, 45, of Indian Field Rd had red glassy eyes and had the odor of alcoholic beverages.
Dillon was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.
He was charged with Disobeying the Signal of an Officer, DUI and Following too Closely.
He was able to post his $250 bond and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Nov 15, 2018.
