On September 16 a woman was found passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle in the area of St. Roch Ave and Hamilton Ave around 4:00am.
Police noted the odor of alcoholic beverage emanating from the woman, identified as Jessenia D Bonilla, 20, of 3 Ridgeview Place Port Chester, who was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.
Police arrested and charged Ms. Bonilla with Possession of Alcohol in Motor Vehicle by Minor, No Insurance, Operation of MV by Minor Having Elevated Blood Alcohol Content, Failure to Drive in Proper Lane, Use or Possession with Intent to use Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana less than 1/2 oz.
Her bond was set at $260 and she was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 2, 2017.
