Jaclyn Sorese, 38, of 47 Crawford Terrace in Riverside was observed making a right turn from North Street onto Fairfield Rd without signalling. The car also swerved and crossed the double yellow line on Fairfield Rd. The inident took place on July 11 at about 6:00pm.
Upon stopping the vehicle Sorese admitted to having consumed alcoholic beverages prior to operating the vehicle and subsequently failed field sobriety tests.
Sorese was placed under arrest for violation of DWI, Failure to maintain lane and Failure to signal. She has a court date of July 20, 2015 in Stamford Superior Court. Sorese was released $250 bond
