Update, 8:03am from Greenwich Police: Power is out in the Cos Cob area. As such, Cos Cob School is currently without power. Eversource is in the area trying to rectify.
Original report: 7:52am: After a night of heavy rain and gusty winds, the National Weather Services flood advisory remains in effect until 9:15am on Monday The forecast is for a high of 61° today/Monday.
Rain and possibly a thunderstorm before 10:00am, then rain between 10am and 4pm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Temperature falling to around 49 by 5pm.
Greenwich Schools announced “Due to potentially hazardous road conditions, GPS will operate on a two-hour delay. Be safe.”

Currently we have approximately 1200 homes without power and a 2-hour school delay.
