Sacred Heart Greenwich announced that Samantha Saperstein, Global Head of the Office of Women’s Affairs at JPMorganChase, will deliver the the school’s 176th commencement address at the Class of 2025 graduation ceremony on June 6, 2025.
Throughout her career, Saperstein has helped enable women and communities to grow their businesses, build their financial literacy, and advance in their careers. Her work has been instrumental in empowering women to achieve their full potential across industries.

Saperstein previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of Chase Commercial Banking, where she led the marketing, communications, and client experience functions. Prior to this, she was the Head of Credit Card Strategy for Chase Consumer & Community Banking. Her three-decade-long career spans roles in banking, consultancy, marketing and journalism.

Saperstein earned her Bachelor of Arts from Brown University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
“I am honored to address the graduating class of 2025 at Sacred Heart Greenwich,” said Saperstein. “Elevating voices and driving growth opportunities for communities has been a driving force in my career, and I look forward to sharing my experiences with these talented young women as they take their next steps toward leadership and success.”
Saperstein is dedicated to advocacy and service. She serves on the Board of Safe Horizon, the nation’s largest victims’ services agency supporting individuals affected by domestic violence, child abuse, human trafficking, and youth homelessness. She is also a member of the Board of Advisors for Catalyst, a nonprofit focused on advancing women in the workplace.
Saperstein resides in Westchester, New York, with her husband and three children.
The commencement ceremony will take place on June 6, 2025, celebrating the achievements and bright futures of the Class of 2025.
