GHS PTA to Host Summerfare 2017

The GHS PTA will host its annual SummerFare Camp Expo on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 (snow date is January 26th) from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the GHS Student Center. This event is open to the public and is free of charge.(The snow date is Jan 26, 2018)

SummerFare is an evening for exhibitors to present materials and talk with public and private elementary, middle and high school students and their parents about summer programs, internships and camp opportunities.

With nearly 150 summer camps, programs and internships showcased,there will be representatives to help you find the right program for your student from day and sleep away camps to ventures abroad.

You will also find an array of academic programs, sports, visual & performing arts, outdoor adventure, community service programs, computer and special education programs.

SummerFare is designed to give families a look ahead to summer and beat the rush on camp sign-ups. This annual winter event, which is usually held in late January, is sponsored by the GHS PTA. The 2017 event marks the 28th year of SummerFare.
