Woman Surrenders to GPD, Charged with Threatening, Harassment

Greenwich Police investigated a report of Harassment back on April 26, 2016 in the area of Lockwood Rd in Riverside, which they say revealed a suspect had sent harassing and threatening  messages to a victim.

Greenwich Police obtained a warrant for the arrest of Leslie A Bechtel, 63, of Lorrain Drive in Bristol, CT.

On Sunday night, Jan 13, around 11:00pm, Bechtel turned herself in to Greenwich Police.

She was charged her with Threatening 2 (court set bond $10,000) and Harassment 2 (court set bond $50,000).

Her total bond was $60,000. She has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 28, 2019.
