On Sunday night at about 5:20pm Greenwich Police arrested Chriscarol Whitney, 64, of 72 Cresthill Ave in Clifton New Jersey after an incident on River Ave in Byram.
On Sunday, Greenwich Police responded to a report of a dispute. Investigation revealed that Ms. Whitney and the victim had had a verbal dispute that turned physical. Further, that the victim had been holding a juvenile at the time of the dispute, and that the juvenile had sustained a minor injury.
Ms. Whitney was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Risk of Injury/Impairing Morals of a Juvenile. She has a court date on Nov. 28, 2016 in Stamford Superior Cort and her bond was set at $250, which she was able to post.
