On Saturday, May 27 around 9:30pm Greenwich Police were working at the Greenwich Town Party at Roger Sherman Baldwin Park when a security guard from G Force Security approached them with a woman later identified as Yannick Henry, 41 of New York, NY.
Police say security requested Ms Henry leave the premises due to her behavior. When Ms Henry refused, security requested police assistance.
When Ms Henry was asked by police to leave, she assaulted the officer. As she was being arrested she kicked two additional police officers.
She was arrested and charged with Breach of Peace 2 and three counts of Assault of a Public Safety/Emergency Medical, Public Transit or Healthcare Personnel.
She was released after posting the required 10% of her $4,000 bon and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on June 12, 2023.
