Woman Arrested on Multiple Charges Including Identity Theft for Pemberwick Rd Incident

Shele Hammett, 48, of 47 Seaton Rd in Stamford turned herself into Stamford Police on an active Greenwich arrest warrant stemming back to an incident on Pemberwick Road on May 11.

Hammett was transported to Greenwich Police headquarters, where she was processed and transported to Stamford Superior Court. She was charged with one count each of Larceny 4th, Credit Card Theft, Credit Card Fraud, Rec Goods/Services Obtained Illegally, Identity Theft, and False Statement 2nd degree.

Bond was set by Stamford Court at $1,648.58, which Hammett was unable to make. She was placed into the holding cell, awaiting transport to Stamford Court. She is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Sept. 23, 2015.
