Courtney K Pryor, 39, of 208 W 151st Street in New York, NY was arrested on Oct 5 following an incident on Mason Street at about 10:15pm.
On Wednesday night Greenwich Police were detailed to Mason Street on the report of an unknown person in the building.
The building janitor said an unknown person had entered the building and had walked up to the second floor, attempted to gain access to an office he was cleaning, and then walked down the hallway to the bathroom.
Greenwich Police located Courtney Pryor in the bathroom. He claimed to have been granted access to the building by the janitor.
Pryor was arrested and charged with Burglary 2 and Criminal Trespass. His bond was set at $10,000. He was unable to post bond and was subsequently placed into a police cell block. He was issued a court date of Oct 12 in Stamford Superior Court.
