Teenage Theft Catches up with 21-Year-Old, Arrested during Visit to Greenwich Hospital

On Dec. 15, Greenwich Police responded to Greenwich Hospital Emergency Room to serve a warrant for David Giacomara, 21, of 31 Harold Ave #B.

Giacomara’s warrant was for two counts of Violation of Probation with a bond set at $35,000 and one count of Failure to Appear 2nd degree, for which bond was $10,000.

Giacomara’s total bond was $45,000, which he was unable to post. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec. 23.

One probation violation was for an April 7, 2012 incident on Old Orchard Rd in Riverside where Giacomara accompanied a friend to a residence where the friend was taking care of cats and stealing cash and household items. His failure to appear stems back to May 28, 2015. At that time he was arrested for operating while under suspension.
