Jacqueline V Ingram, 33, of 39 Old Field Point Road in Greenwich was arrested on June 28 after an incident at Walgreens.
At about 6:00pm, police responded to a report of a possible shoplifting in progress. They were provided a description of the possible shoplifter and vehicle involved.
Police observed a vehicle in the parking lot that matched the description and a female who matched the description of the possible shoplifter, and followed the vehicle to Sheephill Road.
An officer at Walgreens spoke with an employee and confirmed that a crime had occurred, and officers stopped the car on Sheephill and identified Ingram who was placed under arrest for Larceny 6. She was assigned a court date on July 12 and released on a PTA.
