Riverside Crash Means Second DUI Offense for Driver Following Too Close

On Feb 6 at about 8:30am, Greenwich Police were detailed to East Putnam Ave in Riverside on a report of a Motor Vehicle Accident with no injuries. At scene interviews and field sobriety tests, by the investigators determined that the operator at fault for the collision, Evan Levine, 32, of 20 Shawandassee Rd in Waterford was operating under the presumed influence of alcohol and or drugs.

Mr. Levine was then arrested DUI 2nd Offense and Following Too Close.

He was processed at Greenwich Police headquarters and was released after posting a $250 cash bond with a court date of Feb. 16 at  Stamford Superior Court.
