On Monday afternoon, Richard S. David, 74, of 124 Weaver Street, arrived at Greenwich Police headquarters in order to turn himself in on an active warrant held by Greenwich Police.
The warrant stems back to an incident on August 31 on Perryridge Road in Greenwich in which Mr. David was charged with Creating a Public Disturbance. Mr. David is now being charged with Failure to Respond.
Richard David failed to appear in court on Dec. 7, 2015 for the charge of Creating a Public Disturbance. He was processed, assigned a court date of April 19 and has a new date in court on April 19 in Stamford Superior Court. He was released on a bond of $103.
