Police Make Arrest in Connection with Burglary on Cambridge Drive

Police arrested a Bronx man on Wednesday and charged him with Criminal Attempt Burglary, a felony offense.

Omar Willis, 27, of 1191 214 Street in Bronx was at Westchester County Correctional Facility in Valhalla when he turned over to Greenwich Police.

The arrest stems back to an incident last summer. Following an investigation into an attempted burglary of a Glenville residence on Cambridge Drive on August 21, 2018 police developed Willis as a suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest.

Bond for Mr. Willis was set at $25,000, which he was unable to post. He was held at police headquarters to be arraigned the following day.
