On Friday the 13th of July, Greenwich Police recognized a known wanted suspect, Jhonny Rosero, in central Greenwich.
Investigation revealed that Rosero, 19, of Wilbur Peck Court, had an active arrest warrant for Risk of Injury to a Child, Illegal Sexual Contact with Victim under 16, and Sexual Assault 2. The original incident took place at Greenwich High School on June 1, 2018.
Rosero’s bond was set at $200,000 and he has a date in Stamford Superior Court on July 27, 2018.
Last November, Mr. Rosero was arrested by GPD after an incident at the gas station on the corner of East Putnam Ave and Indian Field Road. That evening, police responded to the gas station on a report of a robbery and determined that Mr. Rosero had stolen an electronic cigarette from a juvenile and run from the scene.
