On Sunday Greenwich Police recognized a local man outside his residence.
Knowing the resident, Joseph Chiappetta, 66, of Moshier Street, had an active arrest for Disorderly Conduct stemming back to an incident on Moshier Street on Sept 5, 2019, officers placed Chiappetta under arrest.
After being processed, Chiappetta was released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 13, 2020.
