Officer’s Sharp Eye Leads to Multiple Charges for Drive on East Putnam Ave

Greenwich Police arrested a Rocky Hill woman who they spotted headed eastbound on Putnam Ave toward Stamford in a westbound lane.

Around 2:30am on April 17, spotted Kirsten Mary Crahan, 23, driving a blue Honda Accord. Officers did a U-turn in Riverside Commons and conducted a motor vehicle stop. They say Ms. Crahan was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.

She also had a Massachusetts driver’s license that expired in 2021.

She was arrested and charged with DUI, Failure to Drive in Proper Lane and Driving without a License.

She was able to post the required 10% of her $250 bond and was released.

She has a date in Stamford Superior Court on May 6, 2022.
