On Wednesday morning around 3:00am Greenwich Police stopped a car with a suspended registration in the area of Delavan Ave and Frontage Road in Byram.
Police say the driver, Andre D Futrell, 33, of Marcus Ave in Jersey City, NJ, was uncooperative and gave a false date of birth.
Investigation revealed that Futrell had no driver’s license.
He was charged with Driving with a Suspended Registration, Driving without a License and Interfering with an Officer/Resisting.
His bond was set at$500 and he has a date in Stamford Superior Court on march 27, 2019.
