Public Meeting Scheduled on Intersection Improvements at Glenville Street & Glenville Rd Corridor

The Town of Greenwich put out a release saying plans are being initiated for Traffic Signal Optimization and Intersection Improvements along the Glenville Street and Glenville Road corridor for a distance of approximately 1,500 feet. This is Town Project number 15-18.

Funding for this project is provided under the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program (CMAQ) with 100% Federal funds administered by the CT Dept of Transportation.

The Town has selected Milone and MacBroom, Inc. for the design of this project.

The Town will conduct a public information meeting on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 7:00pm in the lower room of the Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center, 449 Pemberwick Rd Greenwich, CT 06831.

It is the Town’s and State’s policy to keep persons informed and involved when such projects are undertaken. If you are a user of this corridor, the Town is requesting your presence at this meeting so that you may share your concerns with us and our consultant so that your input can be reflected in the project’s development.
