On Sept 26 around 5:00pm, Greenwich Police stopped a car that ran a stop sign in the area of Indian Field Rd at Indian Pass in Cos Cob.
During the stop police detected the odor of marijuana emanating from the car. A search of the vehicle revealed a quantity of marijuana more than 1/2 ounce and drug paraphernalia.
Luis David Cisneros Morales, 18, of 2 Sycamore Street in Norwalk was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance Greater than 1/2 Oz.
His bond was set at $100. He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 10, 2018
