Tomasz Walas, 41, of 143 Columbus Place in Stamford was arrested on Sept 6 by Greenwich Police after being taken into custody at Stamford Superior Courthouse where he was present on an unrelated incident. He was charged with Failure to Appear 2nd degree, relating to a missed court date on March 13, 2015 for motor vehicle charges, as well as a second Failure to Appear 2nd degree charge for a missed court date back on Dec 19, 2014.
Mr. Walas was at Stamford Courthouse for an unrelated incident. He was assigned a new court date on Sept 14, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court. The accused posted bail of $2,500 for each of the two charges, and was released.
