On April 14 a Stamford man surrendered to Greenwich Police on an outstanding warrant stemming from an incident on Sound Beach Ave in Old Greenwich on March 30.
Police say Guillermo Lopez-Delpunta, 59, forced entry into a Greenwich residence and threatened to shoot one of its occupants and then himself.
Mr. Lopez-Delpunta was charged with Criminal Trespass 1 and Threatening 2.
He was able to post the required 10% of his $25,000 bond and was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on April 17, 2023.
