On July 4 at 1:15pm Greenwich Police responded to the clubhouse at Putnam Green on a report of a possible assault.
Lt Slusarz said police investigated and determined, “Some adults in the pool who got in a verbal disagreement and it caused a big scene.”
Police determined that a resident at Putnam Green, Sebastian Russo, 72, had been verbally abusive to the reporting party.
Russo was issued a ticket for creating a public disturbance at the complex’s pool.
