Curtiss Baldwin, 34, was arrested on Halloween for a charge that stems back to August 26 on King Street in Greenwich.
Mr. Baldwin, of 12 Deerfield Court in East Hartford, turned himself in to Greenwich Police on an active arrest warrant for Larceny 3.
His court set bond was $35,000 at the time the arrest warrant was signed. Affordable Bail Bonds posted a surety bond for Baldwin who was then released from police custody.
He has a court date scheduled in Stamford Superior Court on Nov.14, 2016.
