On March 21, 2018 two people entered a Wells Fargo Bank on Glenville Rd in Glenville and attempted to cash a fraudulent check for $5,000. Investigation determined that Aaron O Fogg, 26, of Newark, NJ was one of the suspects and an arrest warrant was obtained for Criminal Attempt Larceny 2, Criminal Impersonation, and Forgery 2.
He subsequently failed to appear for one or more scheduled court appearances and a re-arrest warrant was issued for Failure to Appear 1.
On June 26, Fogg was arrested by Greenwich Police on Wednesday after they responded to Mountainview Youth Correctional facility in Annandale, NJ to extradite Mr. Fogg.
His bond was set at $40,000 and he has a date in court on Nov 6, 2019.
