Gregorio Enrique Ruiz Garcia was arrested in October 26, 2007 for a DUI following a car crash on West Putnam Ave in the area of Valley Drive.
He subsequently failed to appear in court.
On Oct 22 Mr. Ruiz Garcia, 42, who was 30 at the time of the original offense, surrendered to Greenwich Police on an active arrest warrant.
Ruiz Garcia was processed for Failure to Appear 2 and held on $7,500 bond.
