On Thursday, Sept 20 Greenwich Police responded to an incident on Arcadia Road in Old Greenwich around 6:00pm in response to a 911 hang up.
Investigation revealed that two parties had been involved in a physical fight instigated by Steven Pyle, 40, of 114 Maple Ave in Stamford, and that during the fight Pyle had physically strangled the victim with his hands causing injury.
Mr. Pyle was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Assault 3 and Strangulation/Suffocation 2.
His bond was set at $1,000, which he was unable to post. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court the next morning, Sept 21, 2018.
