On Thursday, October 1st 2015 at about 10:00pm, Greenwich Police responded to Woodland Ave in central Greenwich for a reported disturbance.
Upon arrival officers spoke with the victim who explained that the offender, Jonathan Verdan, 20, of 30 Woodland Drive, had gotten into a loud verbal argument and then kicked the front door of the house in before leaving. On scene investigation revealed damage to the wooden door.
Officers then located the offender a short distance away. Verdan was placed under arrest and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief 3rd degree. He was unable to post the set $1,000 bond and held until the assigned court date of Oct. 2 in Stamford Superior Court.
