Wednesday, March 16, at about 11:20pm Greenwich Police responded to Greenwich Hospital on the report of a dispute in a patient’s room.
Investigation on scene revealed that Joseph Gaudio, 43, of 30 Woodland Ave in Rye Brook, unnecessarily escalated a verbal disagreement among visitors in a patient’s treatment room, violently attacking several victims despite attempts to calm him before security officers intervened and separated the participants.
Mr. Gaudio was placed under arrest by summons and charged with Disorderly Conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on March 17.
