Law Catches up with Woman Who Stole Wallet at Spring Graduation Party

Tatiana Garcia, 24, of 3050 23rd Street in New York, NY was charged on September 30 for an incident stemming back to May 11, 2016. According to Lt. Kraig Gray, Garcia was hired to work at a graduation party on Indian Field Road and stole a wallet from a party guest and rang up charges on a credit card from the wallet.

Garcia was charged with Larceny 6th degree, Identity Theft, Credit Card Theft and Conspiracy to Commit the above charges. Garcia’s bond was set at $25,000, which she was able to post. She was released and has a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 7, 2016.

Previously Naomi Davis, another worker at the party, was also arrested for thefts during the same party.
