On March 10 Shalva Chigirinskiy, 67, of 144 North Street in Greenwich arrived at Greenwich Police Dept to surrender on an arrest warrant for Risk of Injury to a Minor – Impairing Health (felony) and Risk of Injury to a Minor – Illegal contact with Subject Under 16 (felony).
The arrest warrant was issued as a result of an investigation that stemmed from alleged inappropriate contact between Chigirinskiy and a female less than 16 years of age.
According to Greenwich Police, due to the CT General Statutes regarding the confidentiality of certain crime victims, no further information will be provided at this time.
Chigirinskiy was released on a $50,000 cash bond and has a court date scheduled in Stamford Superior Court on March 17.
