Greenwich Woman Who Threw Anti-Freeze at Victim is Arrested

A Byram man was charged by Greenwich Police on Monday around 9:00pm after patrol units were dispatched to 110 Henry Street on a report of an Assault.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with Andrea E Torres-Nieto, 36, a resident of 225 Hamilton Avenue, who admitted to having thrown anti-freeze at a victim during a dispute over parking.

Police say witnesses corroborated the incident and the victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Ms. Torres-Nieto was charged with Reckless Endangerment 2nd degree. She was able to post her $500 bond and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 24, 2018.
