On Thursday, Dec 6 Greenwich Police were on patrol in Byram in the area of Delavan Avenue when around 3:45am they observed a car traveling east on Mill Street without its headlights on.
After a motor vehicle stop was conducted, the accused, Tarik K Graham, 24, of Old Stratfield Road in Fairfield, was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.
He was charged with DUI and Failure to Display Lights.
He was able to post his $100 bond and assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 20, 2018.
