Greenwich Police arrested a local woman this week on an outstanding warrant.

Catherine Elisa Harper, 20, of Greenwich was wanted for a charge of Threatening 2nd degree/physical threat for an incident stemming back to Dec 9, 2023 in Riverside.
According to the arrest report the warrant stemmed from Ms Harper having sent explicit text messages in which she described ways in which she wanted to kill her mother.
The warrant was issued on Dec 28, 2023.
Harper was unable to post her $50,000 bond and remained in police custody.
She was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Jan 8, 2024.
