Greenwich Woman Charged with Making False Statement

On Monday, Oct 26, Greenwich Police responded to Greenwich Hospital to serve an active arrest warrant for Robin Schildge-Repaci, 58, of Greenwich who was wanted pursuant to a fraud investigation.

Police say Ms Repaci came to police headquarters to report that her debit card was used fraudulently, but the investigation revealed that she used the debit card. Repaci also swore to a written statement regarding this incident.

Repaci was arrested and charged with False Incident Report 2 and False Statement.

her bond was set at $400, which she was able to post. She was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 28, 2020.

Schildge-Repaci was arrested in September by Greenwich Police and charged with Interfering with Officers/Resisting Arrest and Evading Responsibility. That incident stemmed back to a hit and run in the area of Milbank Ave and Havemeyer Place on Aug 26, 2020.

Prior to that, in August, after investigating a report of vandalism in central Greenwich, police arrested Ms Schildge-Repaci for throwing a rock through the window of a residence, forcefully entering and engaging in disorderly conduct toward its occupant. She was charged with Breach of Peace 2, Criminal Attempt Assault, Criminal Mischief 3 and Burglary 3.
