Greenwich Woman Charged with DUI, Failure to Submit to Finger Printing

Happenstance led to the arrest of a Greenwich woman on June 19. Greenwich say they were in the area of Henry Street in Byram on a report of a larceny when they spotted a vehicle arrive and determined the driver had consumed alcoholic beverages prior to driving.

The accused, Maria Carolina Henry, 51, of Greenwich, was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.

She was charged with DUI.

Additionally, after sh refused to submit to fingerprinting and photographing, she was charged with Failure to Submit to Finger Printing.

She was processed and released and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on July 5, 2022.
