On Nov 8, 2019 Greenwich Police say Marion John Nastalczyk was involved in a hit and run crash on the west side of town. Investigation identified Nastalczyk as the driver and police obtained an arrest warrant.
Greenwich Police went to Hartford Police Dept on Jan 26 to serve the warrant on Nastalczyk, 33, of Portland, CT, and transported him back to Greenwich to be processed.
During processing police determined that Mr. Nastalczyk had an active warrant out of Troop D for Violation of Probation.
Nastalczyk was charged with Evading Responsibility for the November 8 incident. Bond was set at $5,000.
H was also charged with Violation of Probation. His bond was set at $20,000, which he was unable to post. He was issued a court date of Feb 10, 2020 in Danielson Superior Court.
