On March 19 Greenwich Police responded to the east side of town on a report of a man behaving aggressively.
Police say the actions of Toby Elliot Brook, 18, of Hendrie Drive in Old Greenwich caused fear in anther person, and that during the incident, Brook allegedly stole money from the victim and damaged his property.
Police say Brook was also in Possession of Marijuana.
He was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Larceny 6, Criminal Mischief 4, and Illegal Possession of Marijuana.
Brook was unable to post his $2,500 bond and was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on March 20, 2020.
