On Sept 17 Greenwich Police were at Stamford Superior Court where Bryan R Goodwin, 42, of 186 Martin Rd in New Hyde Park NY was attending a scheduled civil hearing.
Greenwich Police officers were aware that Mr. Goodwin had outstanding warrant for Threatening 2 and Harassment 2 for an incident on Green Lane in Pemberwick at 2:00pm on August 9, 2018.
CT Judicial Marshals turned Mr. Goodwin over to Greenwich Police who transported him to Greenwich Police headquarters where he was processed. His bond was set at $5,000, and he was held in Greenwich until his arraignment in Stamford Superior Court the next day.
