On Saturday around 8:30pm, Greenwich Police arrested a Greenwich man, Christofer Anthony Valitutto, 22, for failure to appear in court for an incident stemming back to Dec 27, 2017 when he was 20. He was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Assault 3.
Valitutto was 19 in June 2017 when police say he and another man had a loud verbal argument in the middle of the street and that one had damaged the other’s car. Valitutto, whose address was Talbot Lane at the time, was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Valitutto, whose current address is River Rd, was stopped on Nov 30 by Greenwich Police on West Putnam Ave after committing a traffic infraction.
Officers determined he had an active arrest warrant on file and took him into custody. After being processed he was released on $2,500 bond. He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 9, 2019.
