Greenwich Police were detailed to western Greenwich on a report of a disorderly person at bout 8:00pm on Friday April 7.
After speaking with all parties involved, police determined that the offender, Mr. John Robert Kiley, 23, of 149 A Byram Rd in Greenwich had banged on the victim’s door, causing her to fear for her safety.
According to police Mr. Kiley also broke a glass stink bomb against the victim’s door.
Kiley was charged with Disorderly Conduct. His bond was set at $1,000, which he was unable to post.
Kiley has a court date in Stamford Superior Court on April 10, 2017.
