Greenwich Police charged a local man with Assault 3 and Disorderly Conduct on Feb 3 after they responded to a residence on a report of a physical fight.
Investigation revealed that Nicholas Boer, 18, of Greenwich, assaulted the victim after a verbal argument.
Boer was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 4, 2021.
He was released on a promise to appear in court.
