Richard Chueke, 43, of 170 North Water Street in Byram was arrested by Greenwich Police on Feb.12 for an incident stemming back to Sept. 10, 2015, when Greenwich Police were dispatched to East Putnam Ave in Riverside on the report of possible narcotics found by staff at a place of business. The investigation determined that the narcotics were steroids. The investigation further determined that the owner of the contraband was Mr. Chueke. An arrest warrant was obtained and on Feb. 12, the accused turned himself in on the outstanding warrant.
He was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and released on a promise to appear on Feb. 19, 2016 at Stamford Superior Court.
